One of the main biggest themes in this play is hatred and revenge between everyone. Prospero came and took the island from Caliban. Which makes him infuriated and revengeful. In my opinion, Shakespeare uses the theme of hatred,continuously and especially here because it shows that Prospero uses hatred to mistreat Caliban and to show a comparison in the treatment between Ariel and Caliban. When the writer says lying slave it shows us Caliban is not trustworthy. This links to the character Ariel, as she owes Prospero and to repay him she offers herself to become his servant. The reason Ariel is in debt to Prospero is because he released her from a tree where Sycorax confined her, so she has no choice but to obey Prospero orders, however Caliban does not which shows the comparison between the two characters.. Additionally, it suggests that Ariel treated humanely and Caliban is treated the opposite way, contrasting the two characters. This links to the other themes present in the tex t, such as revenge and reconciliation because we can infer that Caliban and Prospero will try to conspire against each other or to usurp and take away each others authority. When Shakespeare says The isle is full of noises this makes the reader think the island is full of magical creature like Caliban, Ariel and much more. Calibans speech is extremely significant and compelling; largely because of how unique it is from anything he has said before. Caliban regularly describes the intrinsic worth of the island, but commonly these descriptions recount to the torments Prospero subjects him to. Shakespeare has done this to take the reader into a hypnotic dream world. Caliban is intoxicated when he gives this speech, and while it absolutely brings the audience to rapt attention, the speech does not do a lot to transform Calibans character and it also reveals a deeply tragic side of Caliban. His life on the island is so dreadful that he longs for the ethereal world of the noises that give him delight .In my opinion Caliban is telling Trinculo and Stephano not to worry however Caliban does not seem to know where the noises are coming from. The theme this links t o illusion and magic because magic and illusions are used to take the reader to a magical world. This speech, delivered by Caliban to Prospero and Miranda, makes clear in a very brief form the vexed relationship between the colonized and the colonizer that lies at the heart of this play. The son of a witch, conceivably half-man and half-monster, his name a near-anagram of cannibal, Caliban is an archetypal savage shape in a play that is much concerned with colonization and the controlling of untamed environments. Shakespeare has done this to show how Caliban use the language he was taught by Miranda. It is only a regular reminder of how he is dissimilar from Miranda and Prospero and how they have transformed him from what he was. In my opinion the writer does this to compare how they treated Caliban before and how they treat him now. This links to this theme change and transformation because we can see Calibans be haviour and attitude towards Prospero and how large his desire for freedom is. When the writer says I might call him a thing divine this makes the reader think Miranda is attracted to Ferdinand. Ferdinand and Mirandas type relationship shows Shakespeares ideas about true love, recognising not just the emotional side of love, but the physical nature as well. Shakespeare does to show how Miranda relationship with Ferdinand is different to Prospero. We can infer that Ferdinand is attract to Miranda because in Latin origin meaning worthy of admiration. In my opinion Shakespeares has done this to show the relationship between them. This links to theme like change and transformation because Miranda change when she met Ferdinand and how her love towards Ferdinand. When Shakespeare states that being once perfected how to grant it influences the readers belief that Prospero was once a respectable man with a high status before a previous event. The Tempest, like many of Shakespeares plays, has sustained to elicit a broad variety of scholarly interpretations and has eluded any conclusive judgements as to its dominant themes or the nature of its character.

I have yet to see where Microsoft is charging extraordinary prices for any of these FREE programs nor do I see how Netscape, in using the governments definition, a monopoly itself, is being forced out of business by Microsofts FREE browser. Remember: the charge is against including Internet Explorer with Windows, not the Windows monopoly itself. What this entire case boils down to is that a few Washington liberals are upset at Microsoft for daring to be successful. These are the kind of people that hate wealth, capitalism, and anything that is more successful than them. My intention is to show that the case against Microsoft as a monopoly is weak and that the government is wasting its time. As the government jumps to the defense of the all-too-often taken advantage of consumer, they have accomplished very little. They tried to prevent the release of Windows 98 (a much anticipated and highly demanded program that was and is available at reasonable prices) but didnt even phase the consumers second thoughts. The government is costing taxpayers millions of dollars to pursue this suit against Microsoft. Microsofts operating system near monopoly is probably good for us. It is much better to have one operating system than 20 or even 2. Software compatibility, technical support, and setup are much more simplified with one operating system. Programs today are specifically designed to be Windows compatible. Would you rather have 20 (local) phone companies, each with a different line and number running into your house or one, as is the case now? Also, Internet Explorer brings browser competition to a market that is essentially monopolistic itself (at least if you apply Janet Reno's definitions of monopoly). Internet Explorer gives Netscape a competitive product where before virtually none existed. The purpose of antitrust laws is to prevent only harmful monopoly. Microsofts operating system near monopoly is harmful in very few ways. Nor is Intel's chip near monopoly harmful, nor is Netscapes browser near monopoly. Other reasons easily explain how Microsoft came about to its size and how new companies constantly spring up in the computer industry. Computer software is a very volatile industry. To succeed in this industry all you basically need is a good program and a way to offer it for sale. When Microsoft, or any other software company, makes a program they only have to write it once. When this is done, reproduction of this program is very simple. All they have to do is copy it on a disk. Since making an extra disk containing the program costs all of 2 cents, it is more costly for the software company to print the box and manuals than it is to make one extra disk. With this situation occurring, a good program, once written, can be produced marketed at virtually no additional cost. Well you say, if disks only cost 2 cents, why can't windows sell for 2 cents? Remember that it costs Microsoft to develop a new program. No matter how cheap a disk is, other costs such as salaries, factories, storage, and programmers always exist. Even though development costs are sunk and additional production costs are nonexistent, other costs are incurred. Besides, supply and demand determines where a price will fall. Another thing about the computer market is its ever-changing program market. As I said earlier, anyone with a good program can be successful in the computer industry. Programs come about all the time. For example, the most popular finance program is Quicken. Microsofts version, Money, is included with many of its programs yet Microsoft, the multibillion dollar a year company, has considerably less users than Quicken, with mere tenths and hundredths in sales than the annual income of Microsoft. Especially if this is your first time taking the test, the score report can be confusing. But reading it correctly will help you to identify weak spots and do better on the test next time and get real SAT results. I’ll go over how to get your SAT score report and read it so you’re getting the most out of the information the College Board gives you. How Do I Get My SAT Score Report? Your scores will be available to you online about three weeks after you take the SAT.To see your scores,log into your College Board account.If the scores for your test date are available, they should show up right away on the dashboard, like this: Just click "View Details" and you'll be able to see your full score report. You can easily download a PDF of the report by clicking "Download Report" in the top right corner of the screen. If your scores haven't come out yet, there is no way to speed up the scoring process. You can, however, get your scores sent to colleges faster than normal after they are released. This is called rush reporting, and it will get your scores sent to schools within two business days. Rush reporting comes with a fee of $31 for the first report and $11.25 for each additional report. What Will Be on My Score Report? William Shakespeare’s Sonnet 116 found on page 1182 of The Norton Anthology of English Literature: Volume1B: The Sixteenth Century, The Early Seventeenth Centry, 2nd edition(New York: W. W. Nortion, 2000) is one of his most famous sonnets to conquer the subject of love. While there is much debate concerning the tone of this sonnet, Shakespeare’s words speak of transcendent love not very commonly considered in popular poetry at the time. In the second line with â€Å"admit impediments† he calls to mind the words used in the Marriage ceremony from The Book of Common Prayer.The mention of the word â€Å"alter† twice in the second line strengthens this ima ge as well. The â€Å"marriage of true minds† becomes the subject which can be interpreted in differing ways leaving us with a somewhat vague impression. True love itself becomes without â€Å"impediments† and is free and clear of the need for any â€Å"alterations†. This idea of love’s constancy and reliability is continued in the following quatrain with the images of love as a lighthouse, â€Å"ever-fixed mark† and guiding â€Å"star to every wandring bark†.The images of time, death and the compass speak of a constancy and reliability that love shall outlast. Shakespeare’s frequent references to time in his sonnets tend to bring careful consideration death and the threat of time itself. In Sonnet 116 however love is not threatened by any such thing, as it â€Å"bears it out, even to the edge of doom† in line 14 just before the Volta. We see a ship lost at sea, challenged by a tempest that it outlasts, as a metaphor for this undying and resilient love. Its image as an à ¢â‚¬Å"ever fixed mark† marks the common them of love’s reliability. This also is an account of love’s incalculable worth who’s â€Å"worth’s unknown although its’ height be taken†. Throughout the sonnet , images of calculations of things such as time space distance and worth are mentioned, yet love transcends all calculation. Love’s transcendent qualities rise above the metaphor’s hemselves making this a very powerful sonnet. The unconventional love spoken of can perhaps lend itself the subversive tone in Sonnet 116. Opening with â€Å" Let me not to the marriage of true minds† could take on a very different meaning without immediate continuation to the next line â€Å"admit impediments. † It could perhaps also mean â€Å" let me not† to this Christian ideal of marriage . This possibility creates a questionable tone. Which makes sense, when we consider how the love Shakespeare was speaking of, did not fit into the Elizabethan concept of what was acceptable.The use of â€Å"Oh no! † in line 3 as an exclamation, following the mention of admitting â€Å"impediments† suggest his forcefulness in defending his ideas of love of, perhaps as well as his love of the boy which would itself be an impediment. The rejection of this type of love in Elizabethan times gives the poet the chance to speak of the nature of love itself as transcendent and eternal. The love that extends itself beyond these sorts of physical matters is not without its challenges. This gloomy tone expressed the sometimes cold language.The feelings evoked by the threats of â€Å"tempests† and â€Å"the edge of doom† (judgment day) and all the â€Å"alterations† of time does not allow the idea of desperation to totally subside. A somewhat distant and unpleasant tone comes even from the comparison of love to a star. It becomes a remote image, somewhat self-contained who’s true â₠¬Å"worth’s unknown†. The fact that love cannot be comprehended however does not diminish its powers. There is irony in the final commentary as well. The improbability of error in Shakespeare’s poetry is proven by the existence of the poetry itself. Yet this is still left up to question.The possibility also exists that â€Å"no man ever loved† in the this way as well. In this way the poem becomes a subject of metaphor just as love itself. Like in weakness you can say that I am way too focused towards my work and I think I should make time for myself. It is very important to be prepared for an interview. What qualifications, skills and abilities do you have? I have plenty experience in this field, possess good knowledge in all phases, departments and shifts of hotel operations. I have worked successfully in team as well as individual work environment. Can you state some of the different sectors in hotel industry? Sectors in hotel industry are housekeeping, accounting, maintenance, public relations, security, sales, food and beverages, and front office. Housekeeping this sector is responsible for the spreading of beds and making sure the rooms is kept up to standard for our guest. Accounting maintain the general and subsidiary ledgers; process and record all revenues and prepare general purpose financial statements. Maintenance This department is responsible for the condition of engineering facilities that contribute to the comfort of guest and increase the efficiency of staff. Public relation- responsible for managing the flow of  information  between our hotel  and the  public. Security to protect the guests and staffs of the hotel, including all of our assets. Sales- The sales department is the channel of how well our services are introduced to the marketplace. Food and Beverages this Department is responsible for maintaining high quality food and service, food costing, managing restaurants, bars, etc. Front office Members of the front-office staff welcome the guests, help with their luggage, and assist in registering, provide them with their room keys and mails, answer questions about the activities in the hotel and surrounding area.
